Level Up Your Skin Care Routine

Nov 2, 2020 | Skin Care

Let’s face it, skin care products can get expensive.  So, when you spend your hard-earned money on a fancy serum, you want it to have maximum effectiveness, right?

Adding facial massage as the last step in your routine actually helps your serums work better by facilitating absorption.

The science (because I am a science nerd)

Massage has been shown to impact directly on the barrier function of the skin, thereby facilitating penetration, possibly by affecting the skin’s lipid structure. Depending on the specific rubbing/massaging experiment, there was a two- to three-fold increase in the active ingredient retained in the skin. Therefore, there is an indication that rubbing promotes faster and deeper penetration into the skin’s layers.

Plus, it just feels good!

We have made it easy to incorporate massage into your routine and not only make your skin care products more effective but also

  • Improve appearance of fine lines and wrinkles
  • Shrink under-eye baggage and dark circles
  • Increase blood flow to facial tissues for that “just worked out” glow
  • Tone sagging facial muscles including the jawline
