Can I change or cancel my order if it's pending, or once it's submitted?
Reviewing your order in the Shopping Bag carefully prior to checkout is highly recommended. Our online orders process immediately to ensure our clients receive their products as soon as possible. As a result, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once submitted.
If the address on your order is incorrect, we advise you to reroute the package through the carrier’s tracking page once shipped. Please note: reroute options are only available online.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders typically process in 48 hours. Shipping time depends on your location but typically takes 7-10 business days. If you need your shipment sooner, please choose express (rush) shipping at checkout.
*All rush orders must be placed by 10:00 am CST for same business day shipping. If an order is placed after this time on a Friday, it will not ship until Monday. This service does not include Saturday, Sunday, or holiday shipping or delivery. Not available to P.O Boxes, APO, FPO or DPO. Rush delivery is normally sent through FedEx or UPS, depending on location.

Returns and Exchanges (Terms and Conditions)
At Perfect Skin Code, we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will happily provide a refund or credit minus the cost of shipping for merchandise returned within 30 days of your purchase date, issued in the original form of payment.
RETURNS RECEIVED WITHIN:
0 – 30 days* from purchase date, your return will be processed as a refund, back to the original form of payment.
30 days + from purchase date, returns will not be accepted.
HOW TO RETURN:
Step 1. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Include your order number in the email
- Please briefly state the reason for your return
Step 2. Package the items for return in any box and enclose the Return/Exchange Form (we will send this to you upon receipt of your email)

Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs and the safe return of merchandise.
Step 4. Most returns are processed within 10 business days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once your return or exchange has been processed.
Note to all customers who use promotional codes on orders: These are considered a discount on the order, and therefore the value of the discount will not be refunded when your return or exchange is processed. Also, the promotional code or discount will not apply to an exchange, if one is requested.
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND:
+ We do not accept empty bottles.
+ When an exchange is requested, a store credit will be issued for the returned item, and the credit will be used to purchase the new item. If an item is purchased with a store credit and returned, it will be reimbursed as store credit.
+ If your original payment method is no longer valid or has passed its expiration date, we are only able to issue a refund in the form of a store credit, for any products returned within 30 days.
+You do not need to return free gifts with purchase. Gift with purchase items may not be returned or exchanged.
+If you received your product as a gift, it is eligible for a return to a store credit or exchange. Please reach out to us at email@example.com so we can obtain the purchaser’s information, and confirm the order. We can then process an exchange or send you a store credit of equivalent value to the purchased item. (once you ship the item(s) back to us.)
