What is a private consultation?
A 20 minute, one-on-one phone or video consultation with Kimberly Brown MMS, PA-C who has 8 year of clinical and research experience in Dermatology. Our goal is to address your skin care concerns and help you create a skin care routine formulated just for you.
How do I schedule one?

You can choose any day or time that works best for you on our booking page.

Who can schedule a private consultation?
Anyone who wants professional, clinical, skin care advice whether you’ve never had a skin care routine or you’ve been taking great care of your skin for decades. Anyone can gain knowledge or simply confirm that they are on the right course.
Is there an obligation to purchase products?
We want you to reach your skin care goals. We realize that our products are not for everyone (although we hope they are!). As such, we want you to decide what is best for you after we have reviewed your skin care needs.
What should I have ready for my appointment?
Please have as much detail as possible about your current routine, skin allergies, skin type, and any concerns you have so you can get the most out of your consultation.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel or change your appointment at any time and at no cost. If your appointment is not cancelled before the scheduled time, you will be charged a one time fee of 20% of the consultation fee (not to exceed $25).
What languages are available?
At this time, only spoken English is available.
Should I remove my makeup for my appointment?
If you are having a video consultation, it’s best not to wear makeup so we can get a better view of your skin.
How many of my own personal skin products should I bring to the appointment for you to analyze?
To ensure we stay on time, we ask that you bring no more than 8 products to your appointment (for video only) for us to review. If you are having your appointment over the phone, have the names of the products ready to share them. We advise you to bring what you CURRENTLY use and any products that you had trouble with (such as developed a rash).
What can I expect at the conclusion of my consultation?
At the end of your personal consultation, you will receive follow up info via email with step-by-step routine instructions with tips on how to successfully incorporate them.
What are the requirements to be able to have a video consultation?
  • Valid email address to receive your invite for your follow up and your routine instructions.
  • A computer, tablet or cell phone with webcam access (so we can see you!)
  • A reliable internet connection.
  • A well-lit room during the consultation. No hiding in dark corners, we need to see your beautiful face!
Will I get a prescription?
While our consultation is meant to point you in the right direction by giving you effective over the counter or luxury skin care product recommendations, it is not meant to be a medical visit . Thus, you will not receive prescription medications. We will, however, give you suggestions to discuss with your medical provider if needed.
